I just picked up my third Forester and my fourth Subaru. This is my second car from Della, working with Alesha and Jen both times. Obviously, I like Subaru's... I just read a number of other Della reviews on this site and they're all positive, reflecting my thoughts that having this positive an experience at a car dealership is not the experience I was ever lead to believe possible. These people are changing the dynamic of car buying. It was pleasant, it was easy and actually, it was fun. We were talking about that on the way home and realizing how odd it is to think of the experience as fun and almost disappointed that we have to wait three years or so before we get a chance to do it again!
