Disonest mechanic Yesterday I noticed a nail almost dead center at my tire.As I always do,I took my car to dealer where I bought my car originally and is the dealer cl Yesterday I noticed a nail almost dead center at my tire.As I always do,I took my car to dealer where I bought my car originally and is the dealer closer to my house to verify if I in fact I have done any damage to my tire, which was just purchased a year ago at that same dealer.After leaving the car there for about one hour and a half I called Jose Hernandes to find out what was the problem, he informed that according to the service person in charge, the nail was too close to the edge and they would not be able to patch it, the alternative would be for me to buy a new tire for $205. Well I decided to get a second opinion and took it 76 station,after just 5 minutes the mechanic told me that the nail was not close to edge and could easily be patched. As he was checking for tire pressure he just removed the nail from the tire and notice that it have not punctured the tire.Needless to say I did not have to patch or replace the tire. All I needed was a honest mechanic,unlike what I had in DCH Toyota of Torrance. More

Worst Dealer ever! Worst Dealer ever ! stay away from them ! I went there today 04/18/2017 to buy a used Toyota prius for the price of $9991 before I went to the dealer Worst Dealer ever ! stay away from them ! I went there today 04/18/2017 to buy a used Toyota prius for the price of $9991 before I went to the dealer they told me over the phone that they will give a small discount on the car so I drove all the way from santa monica to there to buy the car, when I got there I saw that the car has a broken headlight and the rear bumper was damaged which they didn't mention that over the phone to drag me there besides that they didn't even offer a penny discount on the car however I decided to buy the car for the price they were offering because I was tired of driving almost 30 miles and needed a car fast so after they ran my credit they came back and said congratulations you are approved and all you need to do is sign the contract and you are good to go , after reviewing the contract I saw that they added a hidden fee which they call it additional accessories fee (which no dealer has ever done this to me) for around $1000 after asking for explanation of this cost the sales person said sorry we reserve the right to change the price of the car at any time !!!! so I asked why are you guys increasing the price of the car after you ran my credit and pulled a hard inquiry on my report and her answer was sorry we cant help you either take it or leave !! worst customer service!! so I asked for the manager and he also said the same thing !! make sure you get a written letter from them about the price before signing the credit application otherwise they will change the price of the car after your credit approval and you cant do anything about it and will end up like me with a hard pull on your credit which went to trash! However Im going to contact Toyota Motors U.S.A to inform them about my experience with this dealer. More

Approval with no payment but salesman kept insisting on down My boyfriend and I into the dealership with a pre-approval from a bank. The bank already had all of our paystubs etc that were needed. The transaction should have been smooth, but the salesman Jeff kept insisting on a down payment that was not needed. Our approval was with $0 down, all that was need was for the credit app to be sent to the bank. After going back and forth we were told to go home and they would call us tomorrow. The call never came, so we called the bank and was told that we had been approved all we needed to do was return to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. So, we called the dealership and was told it was ok to come pick up the vehicle. On 2/18/17, my boyfriend returned to pick up the vehicle and was told by Jeff that he needed to put $2500 down to take the car which was not apart of the agreement with the bank. So, my boyfriend stated that he was not putting money down and was already approved with $0 down from the bank, since we had already spoken to the bank and gotten all the specifics of the deal including how much monthly payments were to be. So after being hounded about a down payment that was not apart of the deal with the bank we left without the car we were approved to buy. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership with any salesperson. I would never return here, nor recommend DCH Toyota to anyone More
