As someone with no mechanical experience, I need a detailed explanation of service skills and provide clearer explanations regarding future services. As someone with no mechanical experience, I need a detailed explanation of what needs to be done or what parts need to be replaced on my vehicle, rather than just receiving an email or a piece of paper. While the information I received was somewhat useful, I believe it's more personal to be told in person what is necessary to fix my car. Additionally, all special coupons for services should apply to all vehicles in the household, not just one. Thank you More

The service advisor was friendly. I believe the service that was recommended was in fact necessary. Charges were approved by me before the service was started. The only concern I have is a repeated problem where the cost of replacing the auxiliary battery on my Prius is quoted at a much higher price because of a misunderstanding by the service advisors of exactly where the auxiliary battery in my car is located. It is located in the engine compartment, not in the back with the power battery. I like having my car serviced at the dealer where I purchased the car, but overall I believe the service costs are higher than what would be charged at an independent service provider. More
