Dan was patient with all my questions and the test drives we went on. Dan helped me find a little imbalance in one of the cars wheels and he had it taken care of by the mechanics within 30 minutes. We went on another test drive and I bought the car. Dan also displayed genuine hospitality to my mother and aunt who were also with me. When we finally decided to commit to buying (this was for my son so I had a lot of concerns on his behalf) it was after the dealership closed and Jim stayed while the finance person finished up all the paper work and then he saw us out. I couldn't be happier with the deal we made for my son and when I am ready for a new or used car I will definitely be visiting Jim again.
