Let me preface this by saying I hate and dread going to the dealerships. Until now. Upon arriving to Subaru we were greeted and taken care of by Ali right away! And it was quite a busy night too. Ali showed us what we wanted , took us on a drive, and explained all the details of the car that made it impossible to resist! We took our crosstrek home that night. And I have never came a cross a salesmen who does not pressure you, or make you feel obligated to anything. He's just so calm and makes you feel comfortable and safe with all your decision making. Ali made sure to show us again what our car can do and is capable of and I have already recommended him to 3 of my peers looking into Subaru. I hope he never leaves!!!
