What Others Say

Not honest salesman or dealership! When you go in to this place. They will not honor the advertised price! Yes that is what they did to me. And to cover his tracks. George tore the paper he printed for me that had the prices on it. I was shocked! He said that that information was not for me. What? He printed it for me and the price was $9,000.00 over the advertised price. George tried to pull a fast one. But it didn't work. I got up and left. On my way out George was chasing me. I told him to stop. It was so embarrassing! Everyone was looking at us! And I am sure thinking that this salesman is a idiot!

They don't even deserve a one! WARNING! DON'T GO THERE! DISHONEST SALESMEN! I went there to purchase a Toyota Avalon. And George raised the price by about $9,000.00. He said I had to pay for add ons. Because they were already on the car. And when I told him Allen said my offer would be entertained he laughed! They discriminate against old ladies that are 73 years old. Me. George thought he could bully me into paying $9,000.00 over the advertised price! WARNING! DON'T GO THERE!

I recently purchased a new Subaru Forest 2024 at your dealership. Allan was my Sales Advisor. I wanted to recognize the incredible service Allan provided and attended to my specific needs on my purchase since day one. He provided great advice and followed up with me. Allan went above and beyond in providing an excellent client experience. He is very knowledgeable . In addition, Lee, Carlos , Gary and team took part in the process with all accommodations. Excellent team work. This was by far my most memorable car purchase experience. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ALLAN FOR MAKING THIS POSSIBLE . HE IS TRULY AN ASSET AND HAVE EARNED MY TRUST TO REFER FRIENDS AND FAMILY IN THE FUTURE. 👏

Matt Kraft needs to be terminated. I have purchased a lot of vehicles. A lot. I have never experienced such a rude, condescending, unprofessional, talentless, garbage “manager” in my life. I sent a simple email requesting to (reasonably) negotiate the price of an Outback. What I received in return was a masterclass in what NOT to do as a sales manager. I was insulted, disregarded and blatantly offended by the incredible unprofessionalism of Matt Kraft. I’d fire him in an instant if I was the owner of this business (given I actually cared about making sales). I will never, ever make a purchase at a DCH dealership. They employ absolute filth. I personally recommend you take your business to a dealership run by adults, not children. Don’t be fooled by their slightly “below” KBB prices. Other dealers will give you the same or better deals and give you a modicum of respect while doing so. Shame on DCH for employing unprofessional people like Matt Kraft. (He’s costing you money).

This dealership uses dishonest bait and switch tactics on customers. I communicated with Hiroshi over text and email prior to coming in for a test drive. He told me the price for the Ascent we liked and their emails clearly state “important note: We make it easy. Just add tax and registration.” After our test drive we sat down to talk finances. Hiroshi wrote down the price plus “fees”, but no specific breakdown of the fees. We told him from the beginning we weren’t purchasing the car that day but wanted to get the out the door cost and come back soon. When I asked what the fees were, I was shocked to see an additional $9,000. Of that $9,000, $2,600 were add ons that they said were already on the car and could maybe be negotiated. Another $6,000 was warranty, lifetime oil changes, etc. I told him this felt deceptive since they clearly state they only add tax and registration. After leaving the dealership, I had a few more communications with Hiroshi and his supervisor Matt Kraft. They wouldn’t directly acknowledge my concerns about the add ons and dishonest pricing communications. When I stated we would talk to them again if they honored the original price they gave us, they never replied. This was huge waste of our time. We drove over an hour to get to this dealership since they had the exact car we wanted at a great price. Matt Kraft tried to get us to sign a contract that day without any payment to “secure the deal”. I love Subarus but this experience so terrible and such a horrible representation of the brand, that I almost swore off buying another Subaru.

Came in for an oil change on 4/13/24 and left with a damaged lip on my car. I have let things slide in the past from leaving latex gloves in the cup holders, oil stains on my floor mats, etc. but now I am fed up with the inept performance from whoever drove my car in the back to get worked on. I have reached out and though Marvin from the service department has offered a resolution, I do not trust them to drive my vehicle to their affiliated body shop and get this repainted. What's the point of sliding the "satisfactory" survey at the end of a service if they cannot properly handle your vehicle? I no longer trust this dealership to service my vehicle and will take my auto services elsewhere. Beware of their lousy drivers and technicians.
