Service Department was Great! There was a recall for a part on my 2019 Ascent, and the service department got me in for an appt within 3 days. They were quick, friendly and even disinfected my car interior after my service (during COVID-19). The waiting room had desks, charging stations and comfortable seating that was socially distanced, and the building appeared clean and all employees wore masks. I felt safe and my car was taken care of quickly. More
