First, upon entering, I was welcomed with smiles. It was so nice. I was helped right away and was assisted in finding the right car for me. I was helped by Wasid. He was amazing! Before I left with my car, he wanted to make sure I was happy with how everything drove (for a second time). They easily accommodate for you and definitely want you leaving with a big smile. I have worked with Natasha Nedd for quite a few years now since I got my vehicle in 2017 to present. I want to say hands down she has been the most honest and helpful human being. Most definitely she is conscious and understands her clients situations and is always on top of it when I have to get home to pick up the kids or be available to work remotely. She will call me if something is wong or if anything else has come up as soon as the multipoint inspection is done. So I call bull on those individuals that say she doesn't call because she does and maybe you didn't check your voice-mail. I would never give Natasha anything below a 150% because she has gotten my car fixed when no one else could and I am now squeak free and my Marron baby purrs like a kitten. So if you are in the area I would say ask for Natasha she never dissapoints. That is why her line is always the longest! Challenge me on that statement! More
