They kept trying to pressure me into purchasing a car without really listening to the price or deal I was looking for. Paramus was the complete opposite. They actually sat down with me, listened to what I wanted, and helped me get WHAT I WANTED without making me feel judged or giving me nasty looks because of my age. Hamad especially went above and beyond. Not only did he take great care of me throughout the entire process, but he also made sure my whole family was comfortable and happy the entire time. An extremely dishonest individual explained insurance options to us. We explicitly stated what we wanted and what we did not, but he completely ignored our requests and did whatever he pleased. Two days ago, during the financing process, he stated that the term was 50 months; however, I never got to see the application, and the situation remains unresolved. This person is highly irresponsible and should not be working there, lying to customers who have just paid a $9.000 deposit. I want absolutely nothing to do with this company or this representative. I do not understand how they employ people like him in this establishment More
