Dianne was/is great I have had bad experiences previously leasing at a different dealership, but this experience was exactly the opposite. My new car was pulled around wh I have had bad experiences previously leasing at a different dealership, but this experience was exactly the opposite. My new car was pulled around when I got there, we hopped in and took a spin. Returning my old lease was no sweat at all, just a couple signatures and handing over the keys (I'll miss that civic). I went through the paperwork with finance while my car was getting detailed and then boom...I had myself a new Honda Accord Sport 2.0T. My lady and I hopped in and took off into the sunset...JK it was only about 1:30 since the service was so fast and we went to the grocery store. Sunset will be had though! Thanks Dianne and everyone at DCH...I'm going to try and get my Mom over there to pick up a Pilot :) More
