I knew what car I wanted to buy, so I already went into the dealership after checking their online inventory knowing they had the exact one I wanted. That being said, Alex was very chill and instantly took the dealership after checking their online inventory knowing they had the exact one I wanted. That being said, Alex was very chill and instantly took me in for a test drive, even though it was a couple hours before closing time and they were understaffed at the time. We worked out a deal that night and I came the morning after to purchase the vehicle. All of that was smooth, however the reason for the 4 star review is my 2025 vehicle’s a/c didn’t work and it happened to be on the hottest weekend of the year. I know what you’re thinking, “it’s not the dealerships fault, you could’ve just left it there and had a loaner until they fixed it” No, I had it for 3 days with no ac just for me to take it into them to tell me it had no refrigerant in it, which I feel should’ve been the first step in troubleshooting before they delivered the car to me. Overall I’m happy with the purchasing experience and I am absolutely in love with my new car, and I feel like Alex deserves another shout out for his down-to-earth friendly service. I’d definitely recommend this dealership and I will be returning to them for all scheduled maintenance. More
