I went through the Costco Auto Program & was referred to Darcars for a new Lexus I was interested in leasing. After making an appointment, I met in person with Tony & Andreas to help us with the test drive & process of picking out the exterior/interior options. They were really knowledgeable on the features for the model & I ultimately went with the ES350. The car arrived within days, the financing process couldn't have been easier. Everyone we dealt with was so very nice. We never once felt pressured or given any "salesy" lines. I appreciate that! I've had my car a few days and the General Manager has checked in with me to see how things went as well as the sales person. Discovered my RX350 was leaking oil after the 10,000 mile service. Spoke to the Service Manager Dwight Ruiz. In less than an hour, he was at my house with a loaner RX350 and a mechanic who treated and cleane service. Spoke to the Service Manager Dwight Ruiz. In less than an hour, he was at my house with a loaner RX350 and a mechanic who treated and cleaned the oil from my garage floor and the garage door bottom strip from where some oil dripped on the car. The car is being cleaned and detailed. In addition the wiper blades that smeared oil on front and rear windows are being replaced. When informed the car was ready. Dwight wrote, "I know you understand no business is perfect but I think we both believe how you respond & fix any issues that arise is extremely important." With this exemplary customer service no explanation is required. More

Kisco they failed to point out there DISPOSITION FEE when they were pointing out all the other small details of the contract before signing a 3 years lease. Upon returning the lease 1,000. plus miles under and in perfect condition with 4 brand new tires, we received a bill for the Disposition fee $395.00 we asked what that was they said because we didn't lease or buy another car from Lexus of Mt Kisco that we owe them and need to pay this fee. That is BAD BUSINESS and outrageous ! We have leased in that last 27 years with several dealerships across the area Infinity Audi, Chrysler, Buick, Ford, Dodge and never had this issue with any other company. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Lexus Of Mt Kisco. More
