Gene Moretti is probably one of the friendliest car salesman I've dealt with to date. Gene made my friend and I feel comfortable from introduction to farewell. He had a no-pressure approach to salesmanship and we feel he concentrated more on our customer experience rather than the wiget. He really knew how to relate to us and adapted to our personality types which is a great characteristic to have when you deal with the public in a sales capacity. He took his time to ask questions and really understand our needs before he began to offer solutions and alternatives. Gene was patient and didn't mind answering all of our questions and taking our jokes. Although we were unsuccessful at finding a vehicle during our visit he offerered to search his sister store in Greenwhich, CT and even then he added that he will reach out to us if and when he comes accross the vehicle we are looking for. Gene was a pleasure to spend time with and we really enjoyed him. We would recommend Lexus of Mt. Kisco solely from our shopping experience with Gene. Thank you for the experience. More

Whether it's sales, service, fiance or reception, every representative has treated me with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. I'd like to thank my last salesman in particular, Michael Tierney. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and a huge help to me when my last car was due for a trade in. I had a pretty limited budget on whatever car I'd buy. Michael was never pushy, never did the cliched salesman pitches or tried to talk me into anything beyond my wishes. He made it clear that he and his dealership valued my business and wanted to keep me for the long term whether I was buying a Lexus or any other brand on their lot. He got me a great trade-in number on my old car. He got me an equally great deal on a pre-owned vehicle that I'm enjoying right now. From the day I first sat down with Michael, he made it clear this was about customer service and not another sale to ring up. I've had great deals with other dealers in the past. But this is the first time I can remember a salesman or a dealership going to such lengths to make a customer happy. I can recommend him and Lexus of Mt. Kisco without hesitation. More
After just having bought a Toyota from Sansone Auto (New jersey) and having the worst experience in history of car buying, it was a refreshing dealing with Mike and Julius. I previously had a Lexus ES jersey) and having the worst experience in history of car buying, it was a refreshing dealing with Mike and Julius. I previously had a Lexus ES and serviced it at Mt. Kisco Lexus so I was familiar with their service staff. I told Mike Tierney, my salesman, that the only reason I came back to purchase a car from the dealership was because of Sal Gangi and the service staff had treated me like royalty from the first day I brought my Lexus ES to service, even though I had purchased it from another dealer in Brooklyn. Mike was easy going, knowledgeable, honest, and listened to what I needed and wanted before heading out to the lot to look at a few models. I traded in my old ES and I purchased a certified pre-owned RX from Mike within a day. Julius Kovacs walked me through the financing options and the entire process was very quick, efficient, and honest. I was given what i asked for when I asked for it, and I couldn't be happier. The only warning I have about this dealership is the following... .Be CAREFUL. The entire team will treat you so good, that you'll be hard pressed to go anywhere else for a car. More

He was totally accessible and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the total process. He went above and beyond. He and Julius Kovac, the financial consultant are the reasons I would go back to Lexus of Mt. Kisco to buy another Lexus. Julius explained the whole leasing process, making sure that all of my options were made clear. He was extremely knowledgeable and broken the financial process down to the simple terms that I could understand and that I would feel comfortable with. I had been in the market for a Lexus 350 for aproximately six months. I had done the research, knew the value of my trade and the value of the car that I wanted to purchase. There is a Lexus dealership le six months. I had done the research, knew the value of my trade and the value of the car that I wanted to purchase. There is a Lexus dealership less than 10 miles from my home. I have purchased a Lexus from them in the past and used there service for the vehicle. Naturally I went to them again. This time I dealt with a sales lady who has over 20 years of experience in new and pre owned Lexus sales service. I test drove several cars over the period of a few months, and finally found one whch satisfied what I was looking for. Upon negotiating the sale, I was low balled in my trade and high balled on the purchase price of the vehicle that I wanted. The negotialtions went back and forth in an old fashioned sleezy car sale style. The sales lady went back to her accounting people playing the "good cop" and then came back to me with their "bad cop" accounting deptartment offers. She even went as far as to belittle aspects of my trade in to justify the low trade in offer. When we did not reach an agreement, I was then offered a much older car with less available options to meet my "sales bracket". Did they really think that I was that stupid? Do stupid people buy Lexus cars? Needless to say I left, only to recieve daily calls from the sales lady with "new offers" for me to come in and discuss. I started to actively look online and found Lexus of Mt Kisco and Greenwich which had cars that appeared to be in the range of what I was looking for. I had the wonderful luck to recieve a prompt response from Mike Tierney, from Lexus of Mt Kisco. We were able to quickly narrow down what I was looking for compared to what he had available. He personally walked out to the lot while we were on the phone to check the inventory. We made arrangements so that I could meet with him and see the car which met my needs. Mr Tierney was absolutley gracious, courteous and respectful. I found the car I wanted. My negotiations with Mike were very reasonable and fair. He quoted a very fair for my trade in and negotiated a very reasonable price for the purchase of the Lexus I was buying. I knew the exact value of both and at no time did I feel like I was getting a ""haggling" deal with Mr Tierney. He also negotiated with his accounting people but he was very upfront, fair and honest with me. On the day that I met Mike in person, I purchased the Lexus 350 that I wanted. This is the Lexus professionalism and quality that I expected! Everyone that I dealth with at Mt Kisco were very professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I traveled more than two hours out of state to do business with Mike Tierney and Lexus of Mt Kisco and I am very happy that I did!!!! Janet O'B. CT More

We found the vehicle that we were considering buying on Cars.com on a Sunday evening. By 10 am the next morning, we were contacted by Mike Tierney. Originally we had arranged to come see the vehicle late Cars.com on a Sunday evening. By 10 am the next morning, we were contacted by Mike Tierney. Originally we had arranged to come see the vehicle later in the week, but we decided to visit the dealership later that evening. Mike accommodated our change of plans immediately. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the vehicle was parked in front of the dealership and very recently detailed. Mike greeted us as we were coming through the door. Within a couple of hours, we inspected and test drove the Honda Pilot; met with Scott and Julius and reached a deal to purchase the vehicle. A few days later, we returned to pick up the vehicle and have enjoyed driving it since. Throughout the entire transaction, Mike made us feel at ease and treated us with the utmost respect. There was never a feeling that we were not true Lexus customers because we were buying a used Honda. We are left with the belief that we are members of the Lexus of Mount Kisco family! More
