Just bought a 2024 Honda CR V from Fairfax Honda. The sales representatives were Sayed and Safi. They both spent time with me reviewing options and answering my questions. When we settled on terms, Nevid came over to make sure all was what I wanted. Sam in finance reviewed the numbers and walked me through the stack of papers to be signed. Sayed escorted me to my new car and went over all of the settings and linked my phone, A big shout out to these gentlemen and the whole process was outstanding. Do your research on what car and features you want then come to this dealership. If you encounter a problem, let them know and they will do their best to resolve it. Purchased a car this month; it was an out of state transaction. Sales person was Emmy. Since he was not sure about how this would work, he got the general manager Massi involved.
