It took 3 appointments to get this recall done. I was originally scheduled for 9/1, but was requested to reschedule due to overbooking. On the third appointment the work was finally done, but what should have been done in 1/2 day took pretty much the whole day. However, they did also complete the recall on the driver's airbag along with the recall on the brake system which was the one I had brought the car in for. More
Took my sons F250 to have the AC fixed. Paid $2200 and when we went to pick up the vehicle, the door would not close, and inside had moldings on the floor board, and Huge scrach on dash, and the airbag li when we went to pick up the vehicle, the door would not close, and inside had moldings on the floor board, and Huge scrach on dash, and the airbag light was on. They fixed the door before we left. The second visit they attached the moldings, and onnected the airbags. ( what if my son had a accident and they didnt deploy) After less than a month, the AC wont blow cold air, and now they said it was a seperate issue, the hose has a hairline crack, and they want another $390. This should have been checked to begin with. I dont know much about vehicles, but I would make sure no lines were leaking!! Now my son who is in college and works part time have a even bigger expense and we have been inconvencied with having to ask family members to borrow cars, and make several trips to have this resolved. I will never return, and have filed a complaint with the BBB. More
Don't trust them to do what they say. They promised to hold a check for 2 weeks but cashed 4 days after i wrote it. BUYER BEWARE! If you're buying a car from them online or from another state they won't help you once it's off their lot. We were told by the salesperson (Dave) that there was no damage to the body of the v from another state they won't help you once it's off their lot. He showed us the vehicle via facetime and were pleased with the condition so moved forward with the purchase. We had the car delivered because we live in a different state. The car is an expensive vehicle and we also purchased warranties. Upon the car delivery we immediately spotted a dent in the front bumper while the driver was still here. I believe this happened on their lot since there is an extensive crash detection system on the car. We promptly called Dave and he refused to help. We then called and left a message for the general manager. No one from the dealer has called us or tried to rectify the issue. ONCE IT IS OFF THEIR LOT THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM!! More
