I have bought my last 3 cars from DPat Ford, love my Lincoln cars! This last time I was in for service, it was 3 hours for an oil change and car wash, I wish I could have been notified to come later, t Lincoln cars! This last time I was in for service, it was 3 hours for an oil change and car wash, I wish I could have been notified to come later, then I would have been able to run errands before, since I live an hour away. They did not have a loaner for me to leave in, but they did have a shuttle driver for my Mother and I. We also were able to use the massage chair. Not a bad experience, just a longer day than I anticipated. More
