Your process is completely out of bounds. Every step I encounter is tedious and unnecessary. So I try to set up payment and your system says declined due to some type of risk. I don't buy a lot of cars but I have never had so much trouble with every step of the process More

She went over all the things that I needed to know. I was very interested to see if they could come up with a plan that I could live with and everything came together within a day and and an half, and it was finalized at the end of two days . I couldn’t believe it. It happened so fast she did a very good job on explaining to me all the things that was my responsibility and everything that was D&M responsibilities.
