Buying can be intimidating.. When you go and buy a car, you are always told to be aware of salesman. Not so with our experience of leasing a car from Della. The interactions with Della employee's , whether its' sales or service, they stay focused on customer service with a personal touch, I truly feel as a valued customer not just a transaction. Never....Ever.....Ever.. I met several salesman during my 3 month search for a car, as I had stopped many times at Della honda next door and drove through this lot as well to I met several salesman during my 3 month search for a car, as I had stopped many times at Della honda next door and drove through this lot as well to see what used cars they had on the lot. Most recently I worked with "Guy" who was nice enough but this dealership really doesn't give him much to work with. Any other salesman I had spoken to at this dealership previously were just awful and only want to sell a car. I drove a CRV that was on the lot at Della Honda, it was white and a honda certified. There was clearly something wrong with the back end of the car and it wasn't just from sitting on the lot. It was during this test drive that I decided that I did want to purchase a CRV but maybe not from this dealership. I had also had my Accord serviced here in the past and have never been impressed with the service department. I looked at other dealerships with used CRVs and decided to also test drive a CRV that was next door at this dealership Della Buick/GMC/etc. I could not even believe after driving this car a short distance down Quaker Rd that it was even on the lot for sale. The car sounded like the entire back end was coming through the front of the car and the smell of the car left me gagging. When I got into it to test drive it the salesman said "We will have to do some work on this car before you buy it". This was after he had me move my car to the front of the dealership to wait for him to pull it up (which took about 15 minutes, since he was jump starting it). Diseaster. I think they just park cars on the lot and hope someone poor idiot will fall for it without actually going through the cars. I will never consider buying a car at Della anything, used or otherwise. The experience I had here at Della Honda and Della GMC Buick whatever was a giant waste of my time and would be concerned about any car that they have on the lot. I drove two cars total and both were a diseaster. Never......ever......ever. I did purchase a CRV and I will not be getting it serviced at Della. Never.....ever.....ever. More
