Months later after stopping by the dealership we noticed a 2007 Shelby Cobra GT 500 and contacted Brandon who was very happy to help make this purchase possible also. Excellent even months after purchase. I bought a used 6500.00 car to keep the miles off of a new 52000.00 truck I purchased at a Ram dealership. I had issues with the new Ram the vibration that they all have. Ram and the dealership was involved and needless to say of course nothing was resolved because Ram in Detroit could not even get the dealership to communicate, amoung other issues with the dealership, so we just gave up. But my experience with D &D was awesome from the buying of the car experience with our salesman to the sales manager to financing, and now I received a reminder for maintenance on my 12 year old 6500.00 car I got from them. They are not a Lincoln dealership which is what I bought, but it doesnt matter because they care about what they sell and they have follow up proceedures that every dealer should have to a customer. My 52000.00 truck not so much. Havent heard from them once, no follow up. You cant talk to who you need even if you call them repeatedly it is insane but true. I have had this happen before with other dealers but D&D is really different, they appreciate you even if you buy an older cheap priced car, you still matter. I bought my car in November and they still follow up. Im glad I waited to review them because my initial experience was great, Them showing me the care they have afterwards was astounding! I would definately buy from them again and reccommend to anyone I know! At D&D you dont have to spend huge money to be treated right, they just do it and that is worth a a lot to me! More
They lied about almost everything.. I bought a used car in April of 2014. They told me that they would "take good care of me" because this is the first time I had ever financed a car. We I bought a used car in April of 2014. They told me that they would "take good care of me" because this is the first time I had ever financed a car. Well, I learned my lesson. They told me that there was only one previous owner with no accidents. That was a HUGE lie. There was 3 previous owners with a MAJOR accident with SEVERE damage reported. I drove the car off of the lot after purchasing it and the check engine light comes on. They screwed me and made me feel as if they were doing me a favor by 'helping me out.' I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again and I will definitely not point anyone in their direction. They should be ashamed. More
Dropped my car off on a Sunday. Dealership closed. Was on my way out of town when warning light went on and said ti bring car to dealer for service immediately. Left key in drop box with info regarding prob my way out of town when warning light went on and said ti bring car to dealer for service immediately. Left key in drop box with info regarding problem. Reveveived call the next morning from Karen that the vehicle would be evaluated and she would call me back. Karen called.. The issue was resolved. I told Karen I'd be out of town for about a week.that presented no problem. I will definitely use their services again. I was more than very pleased! More

I had two problems.1) Needed rear shocks = Shocks were ordered and appointment made to install. Done on time and as told. 2) I had a light go on on the dash while driving. They placed the car on a monito ordered and appointment made to install. Done on time and as told. 2) I had a light go on on the dash while driving. They placed the car on a monitor and found the problem, a bad sensor. They made the correction. It did take about a day and half to solve the problem. Problem has been solved. Dick O'Brien More
The employees were courteous and help inform me about each stage of the service process. I have had my vehicle serviced at D&D since I purchased it five years ago and never had anything but a positive ex each stage of the service process.
