We do strive to ensure your visit is a quick and efficient one however sometimes the wait can be a bit longer, depending on the day and staff, the mechanical issue at hand not just on your vehicle but on appointments that may have had been prior to your visit. Unfortunately, loaners tend to be maxed out with customers who are waiting on new engines. We apologize for not being able to accommodate your request.
