I have purchased 9 new vehicles from this dealership. I am very disappointed . I had my 2017 tuscon in the dealership for an engine light. I was told over the phone that the engine light was on because the am very disappointed . I had my 2017 tuscon in the dealership for an engine light. I was told over the phone that the engine light was on because the vehicle was low half a quart of oil. The oil was changed by the dealership. I did not review the entire receipt at that time i paid for the oil change at darcy because of covid precautions. I paid for the oil change and when i left the engine light was off. My appointment was on wednesday november 18th. Today on sunday november 22nd. I read the receipt carefully from darcy. The receipt stated that i was notified about a problem with coolant . This was never recommended to me and i did not decline the service. I would never leave the dealership with my tuscon in need of essential service. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and i feel betrayed. I know the consequences of ignoring coolant service. I hae been repeatedly pressured in to upgrading my tuscon by darcy sales because used vehicles are in demand. I am also upset because i am a few thousand miles from going out of the 60,000 mile warranty. I think i deserve an explaination for this. This is unacceptable. I can not believe they let me leave the dealership at the beginning of winter with my cooling system in need of a drain and refill!! I was told that darcy will be moving to a new building I hate to think that it is at the cost of their most loyal customers. More
Couldn't figure out what was going on with my Hyundai having random trouble starting.
