I was in for an oil change on my 2018 Tucson and also needed my tires rotated. Did both and advised that there was a recall on my car. When I had booked the appointment , my original call was to get th needed my tires rotated. Did both and advised that there was a recall on my car. When I had booked the appointment , my original call was to get the recall taken care of. However the lady I spoke with said the part was on back order and they weren't sure when it would be coming in. Said Hyundai was going to be sending out an additional letter regarding the recall. Jason told me the day I came in that he thought they had gotten some of the parts in that day and did I want to get it taken care of? Parts were there and it was nice to get it all done the same day and not worry about getting back to the dealership for the recall. I didn't even say anything to him about it, he informed me that he thought the part might be there. Was a nice surprise and saved me some time. More
I am 85 years old and it was time for an oil change on my Sonata. I asked John the service what their Virus protocol was. I brought my Kona in for an oil change. I was helped right away and the technician was very nice. The waiting area was well stocked with sealed snacks and a variety of things to drink. The wait time was not long and my car was cleaned inside and out. It was my first time at this location and I will be back for sure and recommend it to anyone looking for a dealership. More
