Our sales person Rafael O was great! Answered all of our questions promptly. Customer service 5 star! The car had 62 miles left in gas and the car windows were not cleaned well when we left with our new questions promptly. Customer service 5 star! I took my car in for an oil change and needed my car back by 2:00, made this clear since I made the appointment right away I was told it wouldn’t be an issue. The driver that dropped me off at home was the same to pick me up and said she made sure to head over to me right away when they called because she knew I needed my car to pick up my son.
