Dropped off our Palisade for the application of the Family Care Protection package that we purchased at the time of buying the vehicle. Once again, D'Arcy did not disappoint. Checking in at the service department went smoothly, the loaner car was very nice, and the service was performed as anticipated. Our salesman (Phil Gomez) from our purchase a month ago was just arriving for his shift and came over to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle.
