We needed our car serviced for a part that came off during a car wash. Unfortunately, after we brought the car in, so the service staff could see what was needed to order, the wrong part came in...not during a car wash. This happened a second time...last week when we came in for service. OK, so that's not good...However, Freddie gets all-star points for his attention to the mistake. He called us, the night before he said he would call us, to let us know that the correct part arrived...He said come on down and we'll fix it. He worked with us to make it all A-OK. I like finding an employee who cares about getting it right! Freddie is that kind of employee and I would heartily recommend him when you need to have your car serviced at D'Arcy Hyundai. More

We just bought our fourth Hyundai. I would not buy a car from any other dealer. They are just the very best to deal with.
