I have bought 2 brand new vehicles (2012 frontier, 2011 Rogue) at D'Addario Nissan. I was considering trading in my 2012 Frontier for a new 2014 Frontier. I was waiting for the used car manager Dan D'Add Rogue) at D'Addario Nissan. I was considering trading in my 2012 Frontier for a new 2014 Frontier. I was waiting for the used car manager Dan D'Addario to make me an offer on my trade in. He made me an offer that would not work for me, so I told him I don't think we can make a deal if this is your offer. He then proceeded to act like a child, by pushing the paper the offer was on across the desk at me and then get up and walk away from me as he muttered "your unbelievable". I have never been treated so disrespectfully as a customer as that. I then confronted Dan D'Addario at his desk telling him I can't believe that this is how they treat customers who have already bought 2 cars here over the past 3 years from them and am trying to buy a 3rd.. I informed Dan that he lacks the most basic customer service skills. The professional act would have been to tell me that he was sorry we could not make a deal and shake my hand and say that his offer would stand. But instead he decided to act like a child. I will never step foot in that dealership again. I have been a loyal customer to them buying new vehicles and getting all my maintenance done by the dealership. They lost out on many future sales and service $ when I walked out the door. More
I just bought my car yesterday. I had the best experience ever!!!! Its started by looking at cars on my cellphone Sunday. Monday I had received an Email from Rebecca Lindsay, with the usual "thank you for yo ever!!!! Its started by looking at cars on my cellphone Sunday. Monday I had received an Email from Rebecca Lindsay, with the usual "thank you for your interest in a Nissan" I asked questions about taxes, fees and registration since I'm a NY resident. She answered all my questions and made sure I knew exactly what the progress would be. Then came prices over emails. I was worried about the price she had given me (internet price) I thought for sure that there must be something wrong with the car. never the less I went through with the sale. At that point (Tuesday) I was transferred to Mike Swiattouski, he took care of everything!!! making sure I had all proper documents before I took the trip there...When I got there on Wednesday...they started with paper work, but I told them I wanted to see the car to make sure everything was ok before I signed any paper work. NO PROBLEM. Mike took me to were they had my car and OMG! my car was there in perfect condition being detailed by professionals. He made sure I felt comfortable with the purchase at all times, he never tried to hassled me to get anything extra or any weird package, like other dealerships. The whole process took me 45 minutes and that's because he was teaching me about the cool technology in my car!!!!!!!! overall I'm extremely happy with the service Mike and Rebecca provided. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm in love with my car! More

She kept going back and fourth with the numbers, because I was making sure I could get a new car. I didnt want a used car, because personally I havent been luckey with them. She was amazing, she didnt mind calling me back, or responding to emails. Let me tell you she was awesome. I am soo grateful to her. when I finally made a disission, she got me Mike to show me the car and finalize the deal. I didnt get the versa sv, but I got the Versa sl which I love thank you so much. Mike was amazing, even offered to pick me up, and did, to pick up the new car. Your team was terrific, and I will defffinately recommed your Nissan Store. Thank you sooo much. Very happy!! :) More

Thank you everyone! After a battle with Colonial Toyota in Milford my husband and I went directly to D'Addario. We were helped immediately with no haggle or push from Angelo at all. I flew up to Conneticut from Alabama to buy the best used 09 Tahoe I found on the entire internet. I arrived at about 11 a.m., and they met me at the airport (over an hour away) to get me to the dealership 09 Tahoe I found on the entire internet. I arrived at about 11 a.m., and they met me at the airport (over an hour away) to get me to the dealership for my road test. They then helped me acquire insurance cards, temporary in transit tag, and title and got me on the road all in about three hours. All-in-all the experience could not possibly have been improved upon. Specialo thanks to Travis Martin, my sales contact, who is a straigh-shooting, thorough professional and Jeff Thayer who came over from the GMC/Cadilac side to brief me on the electronics, navigation, and operation of the vehicle. D'Addario is a third generation family owned set of dealerships, and they have very high standards for ethics, work quality, and product offerings. While I was there, Dan and his father (two generations of D'Addarios) were nice enough to take the time to come meet me. Attention to detail like stainless license tag bolts and sending me off with a full tank of gas were unremarkable to them because that is they way they run their business, but they meant a lot to me. By the way, the Tahoe LTZ is magnificent. More

I had some negative equality carrying around with me,and I really wanted to purchase a Nissan Versa. Thanks to Dan, Matt and Paul, I am no longer driving a beat of Santa Fe, I am driving a 2012 Versa, which I have to say I LOVE. The guys at D'ADDARIO are professional and so helpful when it came to buying my new car. Heck they even got the color I really wanted...Magnetic Grey. They really took the time to get the best deal possible for me. I surly will be sending people Dan's way and I know with the help of his sales manager Paul and business manager Matt there will be many more happy cusotmers!! More
