The service rep, Bo, was very helpful showing me that my Fob has a key enclosed Stopped by to make an appt. for a recall. Also had a few questions. The service rep, Bo, was very helpful showing me that my Fob has a key enclosed in it in case the battery in the Fob dies. I was not aware of this and so glad to have that knowledge. When I purchased my Crosstrek in Santa Cruz, I was not told about this nor did I know that the batteries in the Fob have various life spans. I would suggest that when you sell a Subarus with Fobs that you explain this to the purchaser. More

Personal attention at 30K service Our Sabaru Forrester is a high tech vehicle, so I only have it serviced at a Subaru dealer. 'There are 3 dealerships which are equally distant from my Our Sabaru Forrester is a high tech vehicle, so I only have it serviced at a Subaru dealer. 'There are 3 dealerships which are equally distant from my location. I choose Cypress Coast for two reasons. First being the easy drive, and second the very personal service I have received during my service visits there. This dealership focuses on customer satisfaction. For example, during my latest visit, the service tech saw that I wasn't using all the capalbilitys of the digital console. He got in the car with me and walked me through several procedures that I wasn't using which improved my driving satisfaction. He offered, I didn't ask him to do this. This is a good representation of Cypress Coast Subarus dedication to customer service and satisfaction. A side benefit is when the service is over, I can spend the rest of my day visiting the Monterey Peninsula. More
