Great experience! I've never owned a Subaru in the past and neither have any of my family members but I've always known that I wanted to at least test drive one. I'm not the most tech savvy person so it was kind of overwhelming to go from my 2004 Toyota Camry to sitting in a car with a backup camera, screen, and Apple Play. But, James Goodman took his time explaining all the features to me and what they do if I still didn't understand. I loved it so much I ended up making my purchase that day and can't thank Mr. Goodman enough for the great service. Also, shout out to the lady who took my check and commented on how nice my skin was. Thank you to everyone at that dealership for the great experience and my first Subaru!! More

He knows what to ask potential customers, makes things smooth and easy (it's stressful enough with all the choices beyond the mechanics of a car) and is very friendly--no pressure yet helps you make decisions without that lingering doubt feeling. He should be used as a model for other car dealerships as he approaches car shoppers on a human level. The service rep, Bo, was very helpful showing me that my Fob has a key enclosed Stopped by to make an appt. for a recall. Also had a few questions. The service rep, Bo, was very helpful showing me that my Fob has a key enclosed in it in case the battery in the Fob dies. I was not aware of this and so glad to have that knowledge. When I purchased my Crosstrek in Santa Cruz, I was not told about this nor did I know that the batteries in the Fob have various life spans. I would suggest that when you sell a Subarus with Fobs that you explain this to the purchaser. More
