Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable. Jorden Fell is by far the best service rep I’ve ever dealt with. He made the whole experience easy and simple. Today, they fit me in on a Saturday when I was having trouble with the tire pressure gauge and the hatch ligh Overall the service has been excellent. Today, they fit me in on a Saturday when I was having trouble with the tire pressure gauge and the hatch light blinking that it was open. They not only took care of both problems but did it on a day when they were booked solid AND only charged me for parts! Apparently the labor didn't take long. They are so capable, honest, accomodating, and friendly. Rare qualities to find and highly desirable. More

Service Advisor Excellence My service advisor is Phil Grimaldi. I have had him as my service advisor for each service visit since a couple of months after I first got the car. R My service advisor is Phil Grimaldi. I have had him as my service advisor for each service visit since a couple of months after I first got the car. Right away I realized Phil was legit, an very knowledgeable honest professional with no personal or corporate agenda. He is totally up front with what needs to be done and why. He will answer any question you have, and I usually have many. Phil responds promptly to all my emails and will even schedule an appointment for me. I even go so far as to make sure I schedule my visits only when Phil is on duty. I only trust my wife and my doctor more. So my advice for new or potential Curry customer is to reach out to Phil and if possible make him you service advisor. Then you car's maintenance will be one less thing you have to worry about. More

He has been coordinating with Subaru of America to make sure that I am being taken care of every step of the way. He made sure that on his day off, someone would be there to check me, get me my loaner and get me on my way, all within minutes of my arrival...this got me back to work super fast which was very important. Jordan calls and emails which is a plus, and gives great play by play updates of the complicated repair I have going on. This is not my first time with Jordan helping me with my legacy and he has always been a stand-up rep. Being treated as well as I have been I can confidently say that when I am ready to buy my next Subaru (in a few months or so possibly) that I will come to Curry just because of the service that was provided. Kudos to all involved, especially Jordan. 5 stars all around. Cant wait to have my care back in tip-top shape!!! More

As my point of contact Nancy has never let me down and always goes the extra mile to make sure I’m satisfied. I’ve had a nagging issue with the hill assist on my wife’s Legacy but Nancy and the service department made sure it was working, even taking me for a test drive to ensure that I was satisfied. More
