I walked in however, and wasn't even greeted at the door. After waiting around for a while, I went to the front desk and asked if someone can help me. I was told I have to wait because everyone is busy. After 15 mins, I decided to leave. Maybe it was because I was the only Latino that walked in there, but definitely not a positive customer experience. Something as simple as saying hello, letting me know ahead of time that there will be a wait would go a long way, is my suggestion. More
