This is a review solicited by Curry of my experience after a scheduled service visit. I can say this: it was better than the last one. The representative, Jordan,was nothing but professional, pleasant, helpful and clear. No complaints. My main complaints are as follows: GETTING an appointment is an INSANELY prolonged process!! All three times I have had to schedule service visits, the first available date was a MINIMUM of 3 weeks away. This one was more than a month from the day of scheduling! Compare this to my experience with my previous dealership (Rivera Toyota) in which I NEVER had longer than a one week wait for a scheduled appointment! That was my unaltered experience for a decade! It’s insane for an organization as large as Curry (massive) to not be able to do better than this. The service itself was fine. The car is only a year old, so it’s not like there are any real problems. Other dissatisfactions: the waiting room which is fairly large is nevertheless, packed. Humans being humans, at least 2-3 people are on their cell phones at any given moment. The volume on the unavoidable TV is constantly blasting (making the obnoxious cell phone people even louder). NO employee is baby-sitting. There is not even a sign asking people (as if driving age adults should need it) to stay off their phones in the unavoidably public area. There is certainly not any employee helping to make the experience of sharing the waiting are with 25-ish other people less than unpleasant. To reiterate: I found my service rep today, Jordan, quite pleasant and professional. Previous experiences with other service reps have been less pleasant. Not miserable, but not pleasant (kind of sullen and dismissive). Mostly, I think it’s insane that an appointment can’t be obtained until so far into the future that there is no way to know if your schedule will actually allow it to happen. I honestly have an easier time getting into my doctor’s office for a scheduled appointment sooner. . More

We were actually told we had to wait 30 minutes for our sales person to return to us after we had made a 5 PM appointment because while we sat at his desk he was outside trying to sell another CAR! Curry subarus finance person is a thief and a liar too. This hack because we didn't use financing thru them gave us attitude then made a $3k error in the dealerships favor! I feel this was intentional. We had to make several phone calls and emails and then redo the paperwork because of their errors. We were treated great until we signed the dotted line and then 180° . Between the waiting, the errors in paperwork and the overall smug treatment I dont recommend anyone going to curry subaru, Unless you want to be treated horribly. In closing car buyers BEWARE. The smiles and handshakes from them are nothing shy of wolves in sheep's clothing. Dishonest, fake and unprofessional. More

Went to Subaru with my older parents to help them choose a new car, our salesman Marc was extremely helpful in assisting which was better for their ne Went to Subaru with my older parents to help them choose a new car, our salesman Marc was extremely helpful in assisting which was better for their needs the Forrester or the Crosstrek, listed all the info from memory and helped get us set up with a test drive. On the road he had lots of information on mpg etc and was great in telling us all the relevant info of the updated tech in these newer cars. We ordered that day and about a week later went in to pick it up. Marc had highlighted important parts of the manual and took us into the car for an in depth tour of all the features and even sync’ed my moms phone to the car. It was a great experience and when the time comes for me to upgrade my ride I’m going to see Marc at Curry Subaru! More
