Brought my car in for 18,000 service visit. When car was brought back out it had a long scratch on the driver side back door. When I brought it to their attention- at the same time they told When car was brought back out it had a long scratch on the driver side back door. When I brought it to their attention- at the same time they told me they would fix it both the service tech and his manager implied I was lying the scratch wad old because they saw rust. I don’t appreciate being called a liar and I think I would have noticed a scratch that is more than 12 inches long! More
