I purchased a brand new Subaru Legacy, fully loaded, 2011, on the last date of November 2010. In August the radio crashed, causing me to lose blue tooth phone sound and navigation sound. After three trips there finally on the third trip they installed a new radio, and in the process destroyed the navigation system due to incompetence. And also broke the front passenger seat so it will not glide back. Completely incompetent. And didn't check to see if everything was working. When I returned later that night the sales people were there (service was closed). The sales people are really nice but there was nothing they could do. Changing the map CD's did not work, the system refused to believe I was not in Washington DC (when I am in NY). Again, before they replaced the new radio the navigation system was not broken. When the system first crashed I explained a particular hardship right now in not having bluetooth and asked for a loaner and they refused. Also, after the installed the new radio they did not have the consideration to offer to help me re-set my cell phones and also contact XM to re connect to my radio subscription. I had to ask. I could have lived with that, but not their breaking my navigation and front passenger seat while installing a radio!!!!!! I am not in a position to make a fourth trip there due to medical issues. So I may be stuck. The salespeople will try to resolve this, but what can they do when you have an irresponsible and incompetent service department to deal with. More

Wandered into Curry's to get a small, basic car for transportation. Rick was very helpful and was respectful/understanding of my situation since my current ride finally gave up and I am starting a ne transportation. Marc DeBenedictis was an excellent sales consultant. We were not pressured, the road trip exhibited the performance of the vehicle and Marc was very informative on the vehicle as we drove. I purchased two cars from Curry in the past year, and my Salesman (MARC DEBENEDICTIS) was one of the main reasons I purchased the vehicles. The first vehicle (August of 2010) was being purchased for my Son Salesman (MARC DEBENEDICTIS) was one of the main reasons I purchased the vehicles. The first vehicle (August of 2010) was being purchased for my Son who happened to be interested in a 2011 Imprezza WRX. After talking to Marc DeBenedictis about the xxxxxxand con's of a WRX, and all that comes along with it (Insurance cost, etc.), I decided on a purchase of a 2011 Legacy Limited 4 door sedan (Great safe vehicle & great MPG's). The price I paid for the car after researching other dealers and doing an internet search, was exactly the price I paid. No B.S. - Marc DeBenedictis's advice on this matter, along with his professionalism, honesty, and sincerity was the deciding factor for me. Marc DeBenedictis is what every Salesman should strive to be like. The experience for me was enough to take me back to the Curry, and to Salesman Marc DeBenedictis a second time at the end of 2010, for the purchase of another vehicle (2011 Forester Touring edition). Again, after doing my research of other dealers and investigating on the internet, the price I offered Curry, was the price I paid for the vehicle. The 2011 Forester Touring edition is a fine all-around SUV that gets terrific mileage! Dealing with Marc DeBeneditis was the main reason for bringing my business to Curry, and purchasing my second new Subaru in the same year. If things go right, and provided Marc is still there, I may just go back in September to purchase a 2012 Imprezza. Do yourselves a favor if your in the market for a Subaru, and look up Marc Debeneditis at Curry. You will not be disappointed! I highly recommend him. I had almost given up on purchasing the car I wanted until I spoke to Rick Davis from Curry. He immediately made me feel like he was being honest and wanted me as a customer, things that many of the oth until I spoke to Rick Davis from Curry. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and taken care of. This was my first experience buying a new car and it was much less painful then I had expected, thanks to Rick. I think I received a fair price and there were no hidden expenses, the quote that Rick gave me over the phone was the price I paid. Also, the customer service didn't end as soon as I signed the papers. I had to bring the car back in for a small fix and they were able to fit me in two days later and Rick went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced too much. This is not the closest dealer to my home but I will be taking my car back here for service because they still know what the words "customer service" really mean. More

I don't know if the current delivery process is dealer dictated or employee intitiated. However, the delivery process was superb! This is the 5th car that I have purchased at Curry, but the 1st that went off without issue. If the current process is employer dictated, then it should be advertised. If the delivery process was employee initiated, then he should be commended for it. The prices could be better when compared to other Subaru dealers in a 25 mile radius. I would recommend this dealer because of the delivery process and the time spent by the sales person explaining, in detail, the workings of the car. More
I usually hate the car buying experience, always waiting for the last minute switch or price increase. Our experience with Paul was just the opposite. Very easy to deal with. Kept their quote for a trade in for a car sight unseen. Went in to help my mother in law with a new car Forestor purchase and trade in.
