Curry Subaru

I had done some research on dealerships and pricing prior to going up to Curry in Cortlandt Manor. I live in New Rochelle, so it was no slight trip up to Cortlandt. I previously owned two Subaru Outbacks and they never let us down, so unless I hit the number and can afford a Lotus, I'm in for Subaru for life. This time I went in for the Forrester Premium all weather package.. The process from beginning to end was no hassle/no problems and what was delivered was what was promised. The sales and business staff were affable, effective, efficient and polite. In addition, they delivered on financing within the pricing that was on the low end of what I typically saw online. These guys were not only professionals, but they actually appeared to like what they were doing and truly believed in their brand. While I was the easiest type of customer, having prior knowledge of the product and knowing that I was leaving with a purchase, at no point was their any indication of a hard sell. Buying a new car can be a harrowing experience, if you're in the wrong hands. Thankfully, that was not the case here. After carefully weighing my car-buying options, I chose the 2012 Impreza. Marc DeBenedictis made the process run as smoothly as possible, from ordering the car to walking me through the instrumentation panel. Of course I have to mention the colored tabs in the user manual - some might say it's not necessary, but, I haven't seen it done before so it is appreciated. Also walking us through to the service department was a nice touch. Ultimately, it's all about business. But it's how you run your business that makes a difference. My experience, thus far, is a positive one and based on the treatment I received, I would refer others to Curry Subaru and to Mr. DeBenedictis. Oh, and yes, I love my car...never said that before. He also took the extra step of flagging important information in my owner's manual -- and even color-coded the flags to the topics!!! He really went above and beyond. Perhaps most importantly, Marc seems very straightforward and honest in a market that has a lot of dishonesty and legpulling. It is worth it to me to work with someone like that even if others taunt you with better deals. In short, Marc takes his role very seriously and is very accomodating with buyers. He was informative, knowledgeable, professional, and a lot of fun to work with. Admittedly, I can be a bit of a haggler with price, but with Marc, there was no need. He made very fair offers until we settled on a great value on the car I wanted. The buying experience was nothing less than spectacular. I am a fan of Curry's sales and service, and look forward to continue being a life-long customer. While this is my first purchase with Marc, I can assure it will not be my last.
