I had done some research on dealerships and pricing prior to going up to Curry in Cortlandt Manor. I live in New Rochelle, so it was no slight trip up to Cortlandt. This time I went in for the Forrester Premium all weather package.. The process from beginning to end was no hassle/no problems and what was delivered was what was promised. The sales and business staff were affable, effective, efficient and polite. In addition, they delivered on financing within the pricing that was on the low end of what I typically saw online. These guys were not only professionals, but they actually appeared to like what they were doing and truly believed in their brand. While I was the easiest type of customer, having prior knowledge of the product and knowing that I was leaving with a purchase, at no point was their any indication of a hard sell. Marc DeBenedictis made the process run as smoothly as possible, from ordering the car to walking me through the instrumentation panel. Of course I have to mention the colored tabs in the user manual - some might say it's not necessary, but, I haven't seen it done before so it is appreciated. Also walking us through to the service department was a nice touch. Ultimately, it's all about business. But it's how you run your business that makes a difference. My experience, thus far, is a positive one and based on the treatment I received, I would refer others to Curry Subaru and to Mr. DeBenedictis. Oh, and yes, I love my car...never said that before.
