My Experience with Subaru Recently, my husband and I went into Subaru to get more information about the Impreza. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Mr. Marc DeBenedict Recently, my husband and I went into Subaru to get more information about the Impreza. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Mr. Marc DeBenedictis. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. What I really appreciated was that he was not overbearing and pushy like you see at many other car dealerships. I took a test drive and was offered a very good price so although I did not plan to get my car yet, we made a great deal. Even after the deal was made, we got such personal attention from Marc. He made sure I understood the different features of this car and even set our phones so that we could use the blue tooth feature. He even took the extra step of putting different color post it tabs within my user manual to make sure I could quick reference important information. As if that was not enough, I got a call from him the day after I picked up the car just to thank me for my business. I highly recommend Marc and this dealership. I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Impreza because I appreciated the personal attention and friendliness of Cortlandt Subaru. They care that you are happy and really try to meet your needs. Great experience I have been looking for a 2015 Subaru WRX or STI to replace my 2003 BMW M5. Reid was excellent is helping me navigate through various choices, and options. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of Subaru cars, as well as other performance cars such as M5. With Reid's help and guidance I was able to pick a great WRX, which after one day of driving I am very impressed with. The car is exactly as Reid described it, both in terms of handling / performance and also functions /features. Reid did a terrific job throughout the whole process, starting with selection, test drive, helping me with options/pricing, and finally the delivery. He is very personable with excellent communication skills, where almost every word he said had important information in it! This was by far a better experience that I have had with other car salespersons!! More

Couldn't be happier I first went to a dealership in the town that I live in, and was very unhappy with the whole experience - poor salesmanship and no stock for a Foreste I first went to a dealership in the town that I live in, and was very unhappy with the whole experience - poor salesmanship and no stock for a Forester. I then drove 45 minutes to Curry, where I got the vehicle I wanted, and April, my sales person was great. 2 days later when I picked up the car, April spent as much time as needed to review everything. She called me a couple of days later to see if I had any questions, and I just received another call from her (1 month from purchase) to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. Overall, an outstanding experience. More
