One of the main reasons I will be buying a brand new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek is because of their fantastic service department and all their very friendly employees. Painless, fast and friendly Admittedly, I went in knowing what I was looking for. I was worried I would get a run-around, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had already gone over numbers with Jeff Leone after an online inquiry (their response was within minutes) and wanted to stop in for a test drive and some questions. Jeff wasn't going to be in on Monday so he referred me to David Smith. David had my paperwork sitting on his desk ready to go before I got there. With no hassles I was able to test drive the car (2017 Forester), loved it, confirmed it was what I was looking for and said I'd need to come back a week later to pick up a car (I was renting a car and wasn't sure of the logistics of returning it an hour away and getting back to the dealership to pick up a the new car all in the same day without anyone with me to help). David came up with a solution, started making phone calls on the spot ,and had the whole situation figured out.in no time. With relatively very little hassle on my part, I was driving away in a new Subaru later that afternoon... and my rental car was turned in early with my "early return fee" covered. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless, smoother experience. I highly recommend! More
