Protracted and Clueless Took my 2012 Jeep in for suspension issue. Could not find problem. Returned vehicle to me. Shortly thereafter the problem reoccurred. This time determined that air pump and control module were faulty. Waited several days for parts, and then again when new parts were faulty. Finally received repaired vehicle. At pickup I inquired of service associate as to the nature of the repair. He could offer no information on what had been done. He pretty much dismissed me by saying he did not know what was repaired and took no effort to look it up. I expect more from a dealer from whom I have purchased several vehicles. More
