Dealer refused to honor Lifetime Warranty This dealership refused to honor a Lifetime Warranty for a Jeep purchased in 2010. They didn't send out a notice of any kind, or a phone call, stating This dealership refused to honor a Lifetime Warranty for a Jeep purchased in 2010. They didn't send out a notice of any kind, or a phone call, stating when I had to get a drivetrain inspection for the warranty. So when I came to them with a drivetrain problem they refused to honor it. No sense of responsibility on their part whatsoever. I feel this is just an excuse to get out of service. I think when a person buys a car with a Lifetime Warranty they should get more out of it than 8 years. No cooperation or consideration was given to me. I will never buy a vehicle again from this dealer and don't recommend them. More
