Service appointment not available I had a problem with the brakes on my truck after just 30k miles. I called to make an appointment and the service center could not get me in for 2 wee I had a problem with the brakes on my truck after just 30k miles. I called to make an appointment and the service center could not get me in for 2 weeks! I asked the service technician what I should do and he told me that he could give me the number to Cunningham northeast. I asked why he couldn't call and get me an appointment? I had to drive my truck with bad brake vibration for 8 days before Northeast could get me an appointment. A loaner truck was not available for me to use on the day of my appointment and I had to get friends and family to take me to the dealership and to work. When I picked up my truck, it was not washed, or anything. Customers are looking for better customer service after the sale. After paying. Cunningham's for a brand new truck, I expect them to help me out when I am having problems with what they sold me. I got almost no help and felt like I was on my own. When my friends take their duramaxes to Hallman's for service they get the nicest newest truck on the lot to use as a loaner until their trucks are done being worked on, they do not have a problem scheduling service appointments and the dealerships bend over backwards to help their customers out. Especially the ones who bought a new truck from them. Once repairs are completed, trucks are returned washed and looking like new. Customers buy new vehicles because they do not want to deal with the hassle of repairs. It's inconvenient enough when a new vehicle has a problem, customers expect the dealership they buy from to help get things fixed as quickly and with as little disruption to our everyday lives as possible. I can not justify ever buying a vehicle from a company that values customer satisfaction so poorly. I would feel like an idiot recommending Cunningham's to anyone I know either for new sales or service. When dropping my vehicle off at 6:30 in the evening, I noted that there was noone working at the dealership. If appointments are 2 weeks out, why are service technicians not working overtime? This proves to me that the company only cares about profit and not customer satisfaction. More
