Problem came back I called saturday for service, was told i had to wait until tuesday to get in. Dissatisfied with service department I’ve had my car to the service department multiple times and NO ONE can determine the problem. I keep getting a pop up on my screen that states Vehicl I’ve had my car to the service department multiple times and NO ONE can determine the problem. I keep getting a pop up on my screen that states Vehicle Phone Requires Service-Contact Your Dealer/but your service department is unable to help me because you didn’t see the pop up that pops up randomly. My GPS could not navigate to a destination however you claim it works and there isn’t a problem! These problems were analyzed by Humes however we opted to have your department service it since we have an extended warranty AND we have purchased 5 vehicles from you. We will no longer buy from you nor have our vehicles serviced by you! Humes have gained our respect because of their exceptional customer service. I’m in healthcare and don’t need to see a patient vomit or see pain to assess and treat a patient and you shouldn’t have to “see” the pop up to service my vehicle! More
