Amy was very professional and PATIENT with me. Also, someohow my appointment was not recorded but Amy graciously accommodated me AND was even able to get me a loaner very quickly. Culver City Mazda FIXED the problem with my car after dealing with 2 years of regular visits to the other Mazda dealer. And they did it in a day!! Criminals! Seniors beware! These people will make you wait all day and charge you for things you did not ask to be done. To top off their criminality they signed my name on a bill that I never knew what the cost was to be for the work they were to do. They forged my name on a bill of over a thousand dollars. They are wonderful. There was a slight problem with my appointment. Otherwise, they were fabulous. They even rushed my car out at the end when I had a work emergency.
