I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership a week ago and Erick was very helpful. After searching for about a month, this was my last stop and I am glad I went here. Whenever I take my car to Culver City Mazda, I always make sure to make an appointment with Steve. A week or so prior to this appointment, I brought my car in, as it seemed like something I drove over ma make sure to make an appointment with Steve. A week or so prior to this appointment, I brought my car in, as it seemed like something I drove over may have damaged the undercarriage of my car. Steve was able to quickly get my car in with his team. They were able to remedy the issue the same day, and his team actually also noticed a few unrelated issues with my car that would need attention. (I'm so grateful for this, as my husband and I were taking a mini road trip the following week.) I brought my car in again a few days later for its yearly service and to get these additional issues repaired. As always, Steve was very kind and professional. He understood I'd need the car back by Friday afternoon (this was a Tuesday), and I sincerely appreciate he & his team working to make sure I could have my car back by then. The technician shared a very thorough video of his assessment, and Steve called me to discuss the various repairs needed. Again, as always, he was a pro at answering all of my questions. There was a car part or two that Steve & his team needed to source, and I'm grateful for their efforts to secure this in the quick time that they did. Many repairs were needed, and I am extremely appreciative of Steve's efforts to make this visit as affordable as he was able to. Also, totally unexpected, but I noticed that they cleaned up the inside of the car a bit, and that was extremely kind of them to do. (They always clean / rinse the exterior of the car too, and it makes the car look great.) It's a great feeling to be able to have a trusted service advisor, and I always appreciate the quality & speed of the work the technician team is able to do. Thank you guys again! More
I brought my car in because the battery died. CC Mazda took great care of me. They sent a video (which was brilliant) of my vehicle during its inspection and also highlighted the issues that nee CC Mazda took great care of me. I forgot the second key to the car I was trading in and he created me a fedex envelope so that I could simply ship it back to them instead of driving all the way back from the valley.
