I never come in with an appointment cause my schedule is crazy and I usually do car stuff last min when I have time just pop up, or when I have an emergency like this last time. But Miguel always helps me out and gets my car in! I’m always ok with waiting a few days as long as I have a loaner and they always find me a car, whether it’s on them or whether it’s a cheap price! Worked with John. Fast service due to appointment later in the day. My car was ready within 2 hours for an oil/filter change and check up. Great service and great interaction with Ratha!
