Her professionalism made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. Michael Potter in the finance department also deserves special recognition. His customer service was exceptional — he explained each document with clarity and ensured we fully understood every part of the process. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and his friendly attitude made the final steps feel smooth and stress-free. The manager was a bit more serious, and although our interaction with him was brief, it didn’t take away from the positive experience we had overall.
