Steve was GREAT! He got my car done super quickly and checked in throughout the process multiple times to keep me up to speed with how the inspection was going. My car was also washed beautifully on the exterior - with my only gripe being that when they changed my air cabin filter (which is done through the glove box) they didn't clean up afterwards. The front passenger side was covered in dust and soot. Easy to clean myself with a towel once I was home - but would have been nice not needing to do that. Overall fantastic experience! My car came back from a simple oil change with water spots all over it as if they'd been washing cars next to mine. Super frustrating because I'd JUST washed my car. Amy Felix is a superstar in the service department. I always request her as much as possible because she always delights and goes above and beyond. She is friendly and professional but more of then that she does exactly as she states as in the past the other service people have said things and don't follow through as she does.
