Michael was incredible (and very patient) to work with! I hate going to dealerships because of all of the back and forth, but Michael made it the best experience. Steve in Service did an amazing job! He kept me informed right when my car was ready for pickup and is very friendly and personable. Although I've had mine serviced multiple times before, this was my first right when my car was ready for pickup and is very friendly and personable. Although I've had mine serviced multiple times before, this was my first time working with Steve and I hope to catch him again for future service appointments! Complimentary spot-free car wash is a really nice perk..my only complaint is that they do this once you arrive to pick up vehicle, so it usually takes an extra 10-15 minutes. I'd much prefer that this was done before they call you to let you know car is ready, to minimize wait time. More
