I was late to my appointment because of a Dr. visit & they were accommodating. However, I did wait a very long time. It was hard to catch someone to talk to and whoever I spoke with on the phone was very they were accommodating. However, I did wait a very long time. It was hard to catch someone to talk to and whoever I spoke with on the phone was very unprofessional saying things like "xxxx" "ohhh xxxx", etc.. I usually wouldn't mind that but I could tell by their tone that they were clearly annoyed by my call which is why these words stood out. More

My Mazda 3 was making a VERY loud noise from the speakers even when the engine was off and the radio not on. I drove into the service dept with this deafening noise and Steve knew what was causing the proble even when the engine was off and the radio not on. I drove into the service dept with this deafening noise and Steve knew what was causing the problem - my amp was had gone bad. Anyhow though I am very disappointed with the quality of the Mazda 3 and will probably not buy another Mazda at this point, Steve's customer service is excellent. More
