I first contacted the dealership via the CostCo buying program. Kylon was prompt at providing quotes and revised quotes, and made the purchasing process hassle free. The car was in perfect condition when we arrived at the dealership, and the wait time was not long to see the Finance Manager. Julio was patient with our questions and also quick to draw up all paperwork. We only wish we lived closer to Culver City, so we can take advantage of the free car wash offer! My only complaint is we were informed late that the rails/crossbars we wanted installed on the new car would need to be ordered, which requires another 40 mile trip and wait to have them installed. This has been scheduled. More
