I highly recommend Culver City Mazda. Definitely an amazing experience. There was zero pressure to purchase a vehicle, although I was there to purchase a Mazda, the associate had no idea I was ready to amazing experience. There was zero pressure to purchase a vehicle, although I was there to purchase a Mazda, the associate had no idea I was ready to sign and drive. The customer service is outstanding. The only concern I have is the fact that you need to make an appt in order to see the vehicles on the lot. A sales associate MUST go with you. This has been a policy even before COVID. this policy doesn’t seem very effective. I was ready to leave, fortunately there was a sales associate available within 15 minutes. However, if a sales associate wasn’t a available within 30 minutes they would’ve missed out on a sale. This is a rule they should really consider doing away with. but all in all, I highly recommend Culver City Mazda and Aaron as your particular sales associate. More

It was a pleasant experience with a friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. The car I came in to drive was sold the day before so I was bummed, but they checked their inventory/warehouse knowledgeable and accommodating staff. I had an appointment with Tony but he was off that day so Kylon took good care of me. I like his style. I fell in love with the car he brought over. The only thing is because they were short staffed they were running their butts off and I ended up being there 4 hours. Happy ending because I left with the car of my dreams and got a price I was satisfied with. Thank you! More

I had an excellent experience at Culver City Mazda. I already knew I wanted the CX5, so I was mainly in search for the right deal. Frank made the process seamless, quick and easy. I let him know the ball park I wanted to stay at and he made it happen immediately. My fiancée and I visited another dealership the day before and went back and forth with the numbers a few times and they still couldn’t match the deal we were given at CCM. I was also in touch with a sales person over the phone at a third dealership but they wanted me to drive out to speak with a sales manager before giving me a price. At Culver City Mazda we were literally in and out. I took a test drive, signed the paper work and drove home in my brand new CX5 within an hour or 2 :) Flo in Finance was great as well. More
