Not a good place for service Just moved here from out of state. Had a seal blow out inside the sparkplug shaft that dumped oil in the shaft, all over the plug and coil causing a Just moved here from out of state. Had a seal blow out inside the sparkplug shaft that dumped oil in the shaft, all over the plug and coil causing a misfire. Had it towed to crystal for warranty service. What a mistake. I should have just done it myself. But figured hey, I bought the extended warranty, so I'll use it. Had the seals replaced. Cool. But they didn't even bother cleaning or replacing the effected coils and plugs. Just slapped it all together and sent me home in limp mode and cylinder misfires. But not before trying to pull an extra $1200+ out of me. One for an oil separator quoted $900 when mopar lists it at $230 Was charged $115 for a standard alternator check. I have factory wires hanging out of the console and was accused of jamming a cell phone charger in the dash?? Nope, factory loose wires that are hanging. I had all my fluids and everything done less than 2 months ago and was told I am due for service on all that was done. (They didn't even look at the stickers in the window or even look up the history. Just assumed it needed $400+ in service. I will not be coming back to these con artists. But I will say, they are nice and wear pretty smiles while they attempt to rob you. Stay away from here!! More

Assistant Manager of the service department was so sure he knew what the problem with my vehicle was that he didn't even have it checked. After telling him that I was going to get a second opinion, he told me he was 100% of the problem with my car and seemed to get offended. Sure enough, his "100% certainty" was completely wrong. Not only will I not go back, I don't recommend this dealership to anyone! (regretfully for those few good ones that work there) More
